Bentley De Lisle offers FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE, please contact us for international orders.
All orders within Australia will be shipped via Toll Ipec couriers, or Australia Post Platinum Express satchels with tracking (to PO Boxes), please select appropriate method of delivery at checkout.
If selecting a courier service, please ensure that someone will be able to sign for the package at the delivery address during work hours.

Shipping time:
Allow 1-3 working days for the Australian metropolitan areas and 2-5 working days for the Australian regional areas. Bentley De Lisle does not take any responsibility for delayed delivery.

Order processing:
All custom made orders will be shipped within 15 working days from the completion of the order.
We will do everything in our power to process all orders with this time period, however, should we encounter any delays a customer service representative will contact you with an estimated completion date.
To inquire about the progress of your order please contact our customer service department on 1800 268 340 or 07 3808 3991 (Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 12pm).

Regular orders (items in stock) will be shipped within 24 hours.
If you have an urgent order (last minute gift), please contact us so we can arrange to prioritize your order, or if you need to receive your package on a particular day we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Exchange

We hope your purchase has exceeded your expectations, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery (we cannot exchange or refund custom made pieces).

The items you are returning must be in original, sale-able condition, with original packaging and certificates and are subject to inspection by our quality control department.
Prior to returning your item/s, you must notify our customer service team on 1800 268 340 or 07 3808 3991 or email us on sales@bentleydelisle.com.au with your order reference number (in your order confirmation email) with a reason for returning your item/s and to confirm the correct credit information.
Once confirmed, your item/s can be returned to the address below for a full refund or exchange of the full purchase amount.

BDL is not responsible for loss or damage of items during return shipment, we recommend using Australia Post Platinum Express satchels with tracking.
Please provide us with a tracking number for safe return of your good.

Bentley De Lisle reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund to any customer if:

– The item/s arrives to us damaged due to careless packaging
– The customer has supplied us with an incorrect finger size
– The jewellery was custom made
– Loss of jewellery whilst being returned
