We designed our wedding rings together with BDL, and the whole experience was honestly perfect. From the very first meeting, the team was warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about their work. They took the time to understand our story and helped us bring our ideas to life in such a thoughtful way.

We went through designs, metals, and stones together until everything felt “us.” They guided us through each detail without ever rushing or pushing, and made the whole process feel creative and enjoyable.

I recently had an engagement ring made here (an elongated cushion), and the whole team were incredible to work with; friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what I was after, provided clear advice, and guided me through the selection and design of the engagement ring. It was such a fun experience being involved in the design journey, from seeing CAD drawings to receiving progress photos along the way. The final piece exceeded expectations; the craftsmanship is outstanding and the quality speaks for itself.

When I collected the finished ring, the aftercare information provided was clear, informative, and very professional. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loved the ring, and Bentley De Lisle is one of her favourite jewellers.

We couldn’t be happier with the result, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring or special piece of jewellery.

We had such a wonderful experience with Bentley De Lisle. The team went above and beyond to make sure my wedding ring was designed to perfectly match my engagement ring – the attention to detail and care they put into the process was incredible.

One of my favourite parts was the gallery of progress photos they shared along the way. It was so special to see the craftsmanship and love that went into creating something we’ll cherish forever.

From start to finish, they were absolutely lovely to work with, and the end result speaks for itself – stunning wedding rings for me and Adrian that we couldn’t be happier with.

I can’t thank the team at Bentley De Lisle enough for their incredible professionalism, craftsmanship, and ability to bring our vision to life. From the very beginning, they made what could have been an overwhelming process feel seamless and extremely exciting.

If I was to do it all again I wouldn't change a single thing. You guys absolutely nailed it. From start to finish we felt in such caring hands. Your attention to detail and the feeling of involvement you share when creating the ring is beyond special. The photos of the process are also such a fantastic touch and something we will look back on in years to come.

Needless to say, my Partner has gotten her dream ring and hasn't stopped looking at since! so mission well and truly accomplished.

We recently had my engagement ring and both of our wedding rings designed and crafted by Bentley de Lisle. From start to finish they were helpful, attentive and professional. Our wedding ring vision was quite specific and it ended up being a tricky design, but David patiently persisted and nailed it. At every step, the staff were available to meet with us and respond to our emails quickly. It was also really cool to have 3D CAD drawings and 3D resin prints to visualise the finished products. We are over the moon with our rings and my partner, who wasn’t sure he’d wear a wedding ring, has now said he will be wearing his ring with pride. The quality of workmanship is perfect and you can see how much Bentley de Lisle pride themselves on quality and customer service.
