We offer two types of clean

  1. While you wait – ultrasonic and pressure steam clean, our clients are encouraged to bring their pieces to us as often as they like

We highly recommend giving your rings some TLC before a special event or party. Our brides to be are offered a complimentary full service of their engagement ring close to their wedding day to ensure the piece looks sparkling and like new.

  1. Full service – we photograph your piece before and after the service allowing us to keep a record of your jewellery on file.

Your ring will be going through

  • ultrasonic clean
  • checking of all stones and any possible damage (we advise our clients if any work needs doing, but will not proceed without an approval)
  • course to fine emery to remove marks and scratches (we will not remove deep marks)
  • min 3 grades of polish on polishing motor
  • second ultrasonic clean
  • pressure steam clean
  • followed by rhodium plating if you have white gold ring 

 

You can also clean your ring at home in between the visits to your jeweller and the simple method is a warm water with little dishwashing detergent as per the video we have prepared earlier.
