We offer two types of clean
- While you wait – ultrasonic and pressure steam clean, our clients are encouraged to bring their pieces to us as often as they like
We highly recommend giving your rings some TLC before a special event or party. Our brides to be are offered a complimentary full service of their engagement ring close to their wedding day to ensure the piece looks sparkling and like new.
- Full service – we photograph your piece before and after the service allowing us to keep a record of your jewellery on file.
Your ring will be going through
- ultrasonic clean
- checking of all stones and any possible damage (we advise our clients if any work needs doing, but will not proceed without an approval)
- course to fine emery to remove marks and scratches (we will not remove deep marks)
- min 3 grades of polish on polishing motor
- second ultrasonic clean
- pressure steam clean
- followed by rhodium plating if you have white gold ring
You can also clean your ring at home in between the visits to your jeweller and the simple method is a warm water with little dishwashing detergent as per the video we have prepared earlier.
