DELIVERY OF GOODS

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express with signature on delivery.

Orders are processed promptly once full payment has been received.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

All parcels are insured during transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery or returned parcels.

EXCHANGES

Custom Jewellery

All custom-made jewellery pieces are final sale. Once a design has been approved and production has commenced, no exchanges, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted.

Production is considered to have commenced once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

Website Purchases (Non-Custom Items)

Items purchased directly through our website may be exchanged provided that:

The item is unworn and in brand new condition
All original packaging, documentation, and certificates are included
The exchange is requested within 7 days of delivery

Shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, including insurance. The safe return of the item is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend all return shipments are fully insured, as Bentley De Lisle cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
