Are you thinking of revamping your jewellery because of a change of taste or circumstances; or perhaps you have inherited a family heirloom you don’t quite like? We can help you redesign your jewellery while keeping the sentimental value.
All the magic happens right here in our Paddington jewellery boutique. Our team has extensive knowledge from design, craftmenship to aftercare. Our consultations are obligation free and lots of fun, so book your design session and get creative!
How it works
Your jewellery
Book a design session with us and bring your old jewellery along with few ideas of what you like, so we can get creative.
New design
David or Louise will sit down with you and discuss the design. Our drawer will draw your ring in 3D so you can visualise the design and see the fine details before we commence the work.
Creation
This is the part we enjoy the most; creating your jewellery.
We will keep you posted throughout the process, or you can even pop in and see us working on your piece.
Your reinvented jewels
Your brand new jewellery will be presented to you in beautiful packaging.
You can visit us as often as you like for a free clean and polish, it will always be on the house!

FAQ
Q: My stones are scuffed, can they be used?
In most cases we can have your stone re-polished, but it will depend on the extent of the damage. Some clients choose to keep their stones original to keep the sentiment. We always talk about all options in our design sessions with our clients and discuss the pros and cons to each decision.
Q: How long does remodelling take?
Our turnaround is about 4-6 weeks, but it also depends on each job. We may need more time if we need to source extra stones or diamonds or have your gemstones re-cut.
Q: Will I get a valuation?
We can refer you to an independent registered valuer for home insurance purposes or assist with a jewellery appraisal suited for an independent insurer like Q Report Jewellery Insurance. We love working with Q Report, because our clients have a choice to return back to us, as their preferred jeweller, if something was to happen to their piece.
