We designed our wedding rings together with BDL, and the whole experience was honestly perfect. From the very first meeting, the team was warm, patient, and genuinely passionate about their work. They took the time to understand our story and helped us bring our ideas to life in such a thoughtful way.

We went through designs, metals, and stones together until everything felt “us.” They guided us through each detail without ever rushing or pushing, and made the whole process feel creative and enjoyable.

When we finally saw the finished rings — especially the Padparadscha sapphire — it was an emotional moment. The craftsmanship is exquisite, and the colours are simply breathtaking. You can see the care and artistry in every tiny detail.

I recently had an engagement ring made here (an elongated cushion), and the whole team were incredible to work with; friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what I was after, provided clear advice, and guided me through the selection and design of the engagement ring. It was such a fun experience being involved in the design journey, from seeing CAD drawings to receiving progress photos along the way. The final piece exceeded expectations; the craftsmanship is outstanding and the quality speaks for itself.

When I collected the finished ring, the aftercare information provided was clear, informative, and very professional. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loved the ring, and Bentley De Lisle is one of her favourite jewellers.

We had such a wonderful experience with Bentley De Lisle. The team went above and beyond to make sure my wedding ring was designed to perfectly match my engagement ring – the attention to detail and care they put into the process was incredible.

One of my favourite parts was the gallery of progress photos they shared along the way. It was so special to see the craftsmanship and love that went into creating something we’ll cherish forever.

If I was to do it all again I wouldn't change a single thing. You guys absolutely nailed it. From start to finish we felt in such caring hands. The photos of the process are also such a fantastic touch and something we will look back on in years to come.
