I loved the ring that my fiance proposed to me with, but we nearly lost a gem and noticed that the ring was not holding up and I needed something sturdier and reliable. I appeoached the Bentley De Lisle team who helped me remodel my engagement ring into my dream engagement ring design!

Taking my existing diamonds and trading in the gold from the first ring, their team are professional, empathetic and understanding, talking through my options with me and helping me create the design for a new ring based off their previous work and experience.

I am EXTREMELY happy with the end result and have been wearing my new ring for around a year now. The quality and reliability of this new ring made by their team is still in perfect condition and I have never had any issues with it. I have had so many compliments from others and most importantly, I feel like they have helped me capture the ring design that suits me.

We have just had our appointment with them to get the process of ordering our wedding bands done (thank you, Louise!) and we are thrilled with the process and our discussion.

I first purchased my wife’s engagement ring in 2001, both our wedding rings in 2003 and the solid belcher bracelet in 2004 as our first anniversary present. We chose Bentley De Lisle at the time as the engagement ring was so stunning and unique my wife couldn’t imagine any other design! The quality was impeccable, and they helped me pick the perfect diamond to put in it. When it came time for the wedding band, they custom made it to perfectly match the engagement ring. The whole process was seamless!

After 20 years, we took the engagement ring in to get the setting checked and after a discussion with the design team, decided to change the setting completely. We are so thrilled with the finished design, it has changed the look of the ring without getting too far away from the original style, we should have done it 10 years ago! While it was in, we left the wedding rings in for a resize and clean and some minor maintenance and a clean on the bracelet. We were kept informed of the progress with texts and pictures and everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional to deal with and the results and quality are absolutely amazing! We won’t go anywhere else for jewellery!

My wife is already planning our next visit!
