I visited Bentley De Lisle because it was an Australian business, with Australian stones. I became a client because the team was experienced, not just in their trade, but in their service. Down to ensuring communications were discrete ensuring the object of surprise was maintained. I enjoyed the design process, and the team foremost worked to facilitate the process to achieve the outcome I was hoping for. I was also kept up to date with the process, receiving pictures of the various stages of fabrication. Finally, the service does not stop when you receive the ring. They offer repair, and maintenance services with a personal touch, as they are the original creators. I recommend the team for sure. Do yourself a favor and let them help you start the next chapter with your partner.

The process from start to finish was a wonderful experience. I came to the project with my mum's engagement ring, my grandmother's dress ring, and a collection of tiny pearls my dad gave me as a teenager from a fishing trip where he had wild-harvested them. These pieces held enormous sentimental value, yet I wasn't wearing any of them in their original form. From my first conversation with Tereze to sitting down with David and carefully exploring what I wanted to create, I felt listened to, guided and informed throughout the entire process. The result is a handcrafted masterpiece that I absolutely love. I wear it every day I'm at my computer —after all, what's the point of having something so meaningful and beautiful if you don't wear it? Seeing these treasured family pieces transformed into something beautiful and uniquely mine is incredibly special. Thank you for the care, skill, and attention you put into creating it. I couldn't be happier.

I loved the ring that my fiance proposed to me with, but we nearly lost a gem and noticed that the ring was not holding up and I needed something sturdier and reliable. I appeoached the Bentley De Lisle team who helped me remodel my engagement ring into my dream engagement ring design! Taking my existing diamonds and trading in the gold from the first ring, their team are professional, empathetic and understanding, talking through my options with me and helping me create the design for a new ring based off their previous work and experience. I am EXTREMELY happy with the end result and have been wearing my new ring for around a year now. The quality and reliability of this new ring made by their team is still in perfect condition and I have never had any issues with it. I have had so many compliments from others and most importantly, I feel like they have helped me capture the ring design that suits me. We have just had our appointment with them to get the process of ordering our wedding bands done (thank you, Louise!) and we are thrilled with the process and our discussion. From the first meeting to picking up this beautiful ring the whole team were so professional and friendly. I had my first diamond ring made here 3 years ago, the whole experience from start to finish was amazing , I picked the band I wanted and then the diamond, the staff were so helpful to accommodate exactly what I wanted, I was sent through pictures of the whole process as my ring was been made, this was very exciting to see. I loved it so much we returned before Christmas and I had another diamong ring made with a bigger diamond, made exactly the way I wanted it. The service and the after service is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend Bentley De Lisle , their jewellery is exquisite.

They took the ring from concept to reality right as we imagined, and were amazingly patient when we couldn't decide which stone to use. The level of craftsmanship is superb, and the level of service was incredible. The entire experience is leagues beyond what you'd get with a regular cookie cutter design from a chain jewelry store.
