The team at Bentley De Lisle helped us refurb a 14-year-old line bracelet. The whole process was wonderful from start to finish. David was patient and thorough as we talked through our options to source a new bracelet and decide on setting style and bracelet sizing. The communication from the team through the procurement and setting process was fantastic and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. We're very happy - highly recommend.

I loved the ring that my fiance proposed to me with, but we nearly lost a gem and noticed that the ring was not holding up and I needed something sturdier and reliable. I appeoached the Bentley De Lisle team who helped me remodel my engagement ring into my dream engagement ring design!

Taking my existing diamonds and trading in the gold from the first ring, their team are professional, empathetic and understanding, talking through my options with me and helping me create the design for a new ring based off their previous work and experience.

I am EXTREMELY happy with the end result and have been wearing my new ring for around a year now. The quality and reliability of this new ring made by their team is still in perfect condition and I have never had any issues with it. I have had so many compliments from others and most importantly, I feel like they have helped me capture the ring design that suits me.

I have recently had a ring made for my daughter for her 40th birthday by Bentley De Lisle jewellers. I couldn’t be more happy with the whole process. From the first meeting to picking up this beautiful ring the whole team were so professional and friendly. I had a ring redesigned from 2 antique rings and I was wanting to ensure the new design paid homage to the history and design of the times. They did a spectacular job. I had my first diamond ring made here 3 years ago, the whole experience from start to finish was amazing , I picked the band I wanted and then the diamond, the staff were so helpful to accommodate exactly what I wanted, I was sent through pictures of the whole process as my ring was been made, this was very exciting to see.
I loved it so much we returned before Christmas and I had another diamong ring made with a bigger diamond, made exactly the way I wanted it. The service and the after service is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend Bentley De Lisle , their jewellery is exquisite.

My fiance and I love the custom ring that Bentley De Lisle made for us. They took the ring from concept to reality right as we imagined, and were amazingly patient when we couldn't decide which stone to use. The level of craftsmanship is superb, and the level of service was incredible. The entire experience is leagues beyond what you'd get with a regular cookie cutter design from a chain jewelry store.

I had a special necklace made for my wife with a unique jade stone I had and they did an amazing job making it for me. From start to finish it was a very professional experience,great staff ,very skilled and progress photos sent while the work was happening. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would because the quality of their work and the service they provided was above and beyond from start to finish. I truly enjoyed every step of the process with Bentley De Lisle and my ring is even more beautiful than I imagined.

I first purchased my wife’s engagement ring in 2001, both our wedding rings in 2003 and the solid belcher bracelet in 2004 as our first anniversary present. We chose Bentley De Lisle at the time as the engagement ring was so stunning and unique my wife couldn’t imagine any other design! The quality was impeccable, and they helped me pick the perfect diamond to put in it. When it came time for the wedding band, they custom made it to perfectly match the engagement ring. The whole process was seamless!

After 20 years, we took the engagement ring in to get the setting checked and after a discussion with the design team, decided to change the setting completely. We are so thrilled with the finished design, it has changed the look of the ring without getting too far away from the original style, we should have done it 10 years ago! While it was in, we left the wedding rings in for a resize and clean and some minor maintenance and a clean on the bracelet. We were kept informed of the progress with texts and pictures and everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional to deal with and the results and quality are absolutely amazing! We won’t go anywhere else for jewellery!

My wife is already planning our next visit!
