If you require more than 2 sizes, please get in touch with us so we can quote you on the cost.
Where resizing of multiple sizes is not possible, we would do a proposal on similar alternative ring which would be custom made in your finger size.
SHIPPING
Free shipping for all orders within Australia, via Australia Post (Express satchels with tracking and signature on delivery). Your parcel is insured by us until signed for.
International deliveries are sent via FedEx and delivery times and cost are subject to local destination formalities, please contact us for pricing.
RETURNS
We hope your purchase has exceeded your expectations, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery (we cannot exchange or refund custom made pieces).
The items you are returning must be in an original unworn condition, with original packaging and certificates (if any) and are subject to inspection by our jewellers.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
Every piece is crafted using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to collection / shipment.
We stand by everything that we make and warrant every item will be free from any manufacturing defects before collection / shipment.
Our Lifetime Warranty offers complimentary full servicing of each piece.
This includes – clean, polish, stone/s check and rhodium plating.
We recommend to bring / ship your piece back to us about once per year for full service and there is no limit of use (as often as you deem necessary).
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover wear and tear.
WEAR & TEAR
Daily wear & tear and misuse is not covered under the Lifetime Warranty. We provide care instructions with your paperwork and offer regular complimentary check, clean & servicing of your piece/s every 6-12 months (or as often as you deem necessary).
Should any damage occur, inspection and evaluation will be made by one of our skilled jewellers. Should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to your jewellery and all must be given go ahead to start repairs.
VOIDING WARRANTY
As every make, repair & service of your piece is listed in our system, should any alterations on one of our pieces be done by an external jeweller without our prior approval, the Lifetime Warranty is immediately voided.
Any damage/problems caused by said work being done, allows us the right to refuse fixing faults or is to be paid at your expense.
COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE
We offer complimentary clean and service on all jewellery we make.
QUICK CLEAN
You are welcome to bring your jewellery to us as often as you like for a quick sonic and clean (just pop in anytime). This takes about 5 min.
YEARLY SERVICE
We recommend full service of our pieces around every 12 months (we need to book your piece in and it takes us few days).
What is complimentary:
- checking of all stones
- fine emery and polish to remove marks and scratches
- sonic and steam
- rhodium plating for white gold pieces
What is not included:
- stone tightening
- rings bent out of shape or any damage to jewellery caused from wear and tear
